Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or has a functional defect, we want to fix it. Please email us at hello@milliezaynsoap.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo of the damage to the item and the packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
